报告题目：Infinite-dimensional Lie algebras and vertex algebras

报告摘要：In the first part of this talk, we shall review affine Lie algebras and give certain generalizations of twisted affine Lie algebras. In the second part, we review some basics on vertex algebras and their modules and quasi modules. Then in the third part we present a natural connection of these Lie algebras with quasi modules for vertex algebras.
报告人简介：
李海生，男，美国罗格斯大学肯顿分校终身教授，厦门大学“闽江学者”特聘讲座教授。著名华人数学家、顶点算子代数奠基人之一。1994获美国新泽西州立大学New Brunswick 分校理学博士学位；1994至1996在美国加州大学Santa Cruz分校从事博士后研究工作；1996至今美国罗格斯大学肯顿分校助理教授、副教授、正教授。
