国重实验室学术报告:设计和合成新型材料在环保领域的应用—燃煤电厂脱汞脱硝脱硫技术研发

报告摘要

近年来,随着环境保护法律的持续加严,燃煤烟气脱汞脱硝脱硫技术的研发变得越来越重要。研发既能避免二次污染又能将污染物变废为宝的脱汞脱硝脱硫技术尤为重要。材料基因手段有利于快速研发脱汞脱硝脱硫环境材料。对于汞污染物的脱除而言,目前没有系统的研究,所以有必要结合材料基因手段的优势开展阶段I和阶段II的全面材料筛选研究。从元素周期表中选择了VZn的过渡金属和Mo以及两种稀土金属(LaCe)作为金属前驱体。研究发现,基于MoS2材料在Hg0捕获方面表现出优异的性能,尤其是在Co-Mo–S系统上。在SO2去除的研究中,基于文献中已知的催化剂配方,开展了(L9阵列)正交设计的第二阶段研究,将SO2还原为单质硫。另外,探讨了钼锰结合法选择性催化还原NO和催化氧化Hg0阶段II研究。此外,利用材料基因组方法,详细研究了二硫化钼纳米片的污染物脱除机理,对二硫化钼纳米片的表面缺陷、裂解过程和潜在改性添加剂进行了系统研究。

报告人简介

Professor Tao Wu has over 25 years of R&D experience on the efficient conversion and utilization of fossil fuels/biomass, the development of novel materials for environmental applications, and the treatment and recycling of solid wastes. His research covers a wide range from blue-sky research to proof of concept and patent development leading to commercial applications. To date, Professor Wu has completed over 40 research projects funded by various funding bodies and has developed patented technologies that have benefit the society through commercialization. He has credited a few provincial/ministerial level awards for progress in science and technology.

As an active researcher, Professor Wu serves as a committee member of a number of national, provincial and regional professional bodies. He is a Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry. Currently Professor Wu is the Dean of Faculty of Science and Engineering (FoSE) at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China and is leading the Municipal Key Laboratory of Clean Energy Conversion Technologies and University’s New Materials Institute.
